Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship worldwide from our UK-based fulfilment centre.

Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Delivery Times: These are estimates and vary by destination:

UK: 3-5 working days (Royal Mail / Courier)

EU: 5-10 working days

Rest of World: 10-20 working days

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £25.

Import Duties & Taxes: For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
